Any fireplace order that Amazon.com ships and fulfills (Chelsea, SoHo, Gramercy, or Tribeca) must be returned according to Amazon.com's return policy. Amazon will process and handle all returns for these items.
Fireplaces, fuel, and accessories that Anywhere Fireplace processes and ships (Metropolitan, Empire, All Torches, Fuel, accessories, etc.) may be returned only if it is unused. Returns will be at the customer's expense unless the return is a result of damage caused from shipping in which case the customer must contact the shipper to submit claim for the refund.
All returns should be mail back in original packaging to Devco LLC 76 Vine Road Larchmont, NY 10538. You must label your package with your Order number so refunds can be applied.
